The ballot for ratifying the Memorandum of Agreement will open October 16th, 2023 at 5:00 pm and will end October 17th, 2023 at 5:00 pm.
In order to be eligible to vote, you must have pre-registered on this platform (MailChimp) with your personal email address prior to noon on October 14th, 2023.
Ballots will not be sent to those who did not pre-register by the date above.
Only one ballot will be sent to your personal email address.
NO reissued ballots will be sent if you cannot find the ballot in your email inbox.

The ballot will be issued by vote@simplyvoting.com.
If you require assistance voting, members of the executive will be set up in the following locations:
- Aden Bowman Library on October 16, 2023, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m
- Tommy Douglas Library on October 16, 2023, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- CUPE 8443 office (201 21st Street, 10th Floor) October 17, 2023
from 10:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. for those who work in the evening.
