IMPORTANT: Prior joining the online meeting, all participants must display their full names and activate their cameras to take part in voting on meeting motions. This is important as all members must be counted for quorum.

Not showing full names will render members unable to participate in meetings and may result in their removal from the online session.

Failure to engage in the meeting without turning on cameras will render the member ineligible to vote.
